A building complex in west London was refurbished and reallocated to host 12 modern, furnished apartments between 60 and 100 sqm.
The apartments are located over the three upper floors while there is the entrance level from the main street in Twickenham with all the shops, doctor's offices and general supply around the corner. The entrance level also hosts storage area for the residents.
All the apartments come with a built-in modern kitchen, new flooring, lighting and modern, tasty furniture and decoration.
The challenge here was to accommodate all 12 apartments with usable footprint despite the existing structure of the building and the fire protection requirements in a very short timeframe.
Windows have been replaced to correspond to the energetic standards required today.
